Former Borussia Dortmund midfielder Andreas Moller claims former Chelsea player, Kevin De Bruyne is not yet a world-class player.
The young Belgian enoyed a fantastic season last term helping his club to clinch a spot for next season Champions League after claiming second position in the league. He also matched the Bundesliga all-time assists record with 20 assists last term.
According to Moller, "to be considered world-class De Bruyne must leave his mark at top international level in a competition like the Champions League.
