Pellegrini slams Mourinho

The Chilean suggested that modesty was not a quality Mourinho possessed and that perhaps more praise should have been given to the Blues' players for their achievements last season.

When he wins, Mourinho wants to take credit for everything,” said Pellegrini. “I never do that.
“When I won the Premier League, I didn’t say a word.”

It is not the first time the two managers have clashed. Pellegrini was replaced by Mourinho as manager of Real Madrid back in 2010 and the duo fell out after their draw at the Eithad last season.
But the Manchester City boss insisted he had no issue with his counterpart.
He added: “I don’t have any problem with Mourinho, he’s not my enemy and there isn’t any conflict – but I differ from him on all fronts."
"I have no interest in analysing him as a person."
