The Northern Irish born have already acquired the services of Danny Ings to bolster his strike force, James Milner, Adam Bogan and the latest arrival Roberto Firmino form Hoffeinham.
The likes of Nathaniel Clyne, Carlos Bacca, and Christian Benteke are also targets for the Merseyside club. Plus there's Divock Origi, who will join the squad after spending last season on loan at Lille.
