Payet signs for West ham

West Ham United have announced the signing of Marseille midfielder Dimitri Payet for an undisclosed fee.
The French international becomes Slaven Bilic’s first signing since being appointed manager at Upton Park and the 28-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the east London club.
Payet impressed in Ligue 1 last season, scoring seven goals in 36 appearances and providing an incredible 17 assists for his team-mates.
The Frenchman has 14 caps for his country and will be desperate to impress in the Premier League this season in order to make Didier Deschamps’ squad when France host the European Championships next summer.
