The Belgian international has found first team football hard to come by at Old Trafford, and appeared in just 21 games last season.
The midfielder signed a new five-year deal with United in 2013 but the youngster’s future remains uncertain and, according to the Liverpool Echo, Blues boss Roberto Martinez is keeping tabs on the 20-year-old.
Everton, who targeted Januzaj last January, will have competition in securing his services, however, as French giants PSG are also strongly linked with the play-maker.
