Walter Sabatini Roma sporting director, has confirmed that the club are trying to sign Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
He told Football Fest in an event that ''Dzeko is not very close, but Roma are trying to get him. He further stated, he is the right man for us, but tough to get, as he's expensive''.
Sabatini has also ruled out Gervinho leaving the club despite rumours of the Roma forward leaving the club for Al Jazira being accepted. He added: ''no Gervinho doesn't want to leave, he has changed his mind and wants to stay with us now.
