Chelsea and Manchester City are expected to make their moves for Augsburg left-back Baba Rahman after Roma opened the bidding.
Roma made an offer totalling £11million on Saturday however the 21-year-old Ghana international is keen to see what the Premier League duo offer as England is his preference.
Chelsea are aware of Roma's offer and will step up their interest this week while City are expected to follow.
